Most office moves fail on planning, not lifting. Every commercial job gets a dedicated move coordinator who runs a 30-day countdown — site surveys, IT liaison, staff comms, crate delivery, dry-run, move night and post-move snagging.
After hours = zero downtime
We move most offices between 6pm Friday and 7am Monday. Staff leave their old desk on Friday, arrive at their new desk on Monday — screens on, chairs in place, plants watered.
